Overview
A significant amount of the maintenance work is completed in house encompassing the carpentry, electrical, plumbing, drain laying, fitting and painting trades. This requires the need to have an effective and efficient material procurement strategy which aligns with the work patterns and requirements of the maintenence tasks.
Work patterns span those tasks which are repetitive requiring a certain amount of stock on hand at site to other tasks which benefit from just in time ordering.
