Te Whatu Ora Health New Zealand Capital, Coast and Hutt Valley District (HNZ CCHVD) will be seeking a provider to supply and install/upgrade a Building Management System for Mental Health Facilities in the Wellington region.
The system upgrades needs to be energy efficient and integrate with Health New Zealand Capital & Coast existing BMS head end.
To qualify for this Project, the tenderer shall agree to fully program and test ASHRAE Guideline 36-2021 sequences that are referenced within the specifications of system design. The approved technology for the BMS System is BACnet and it shall be connected to the HNZ CCHVD’s existing BMS System complete with graphics, alarms, and trending. The sub system is to be IP based and is to employ the BACnet protocol at both the IP and any subnet level. It is preferred that any I/O module connection is either BACnet MS/TP or MODBUS.
