This Future Procurement Opportunity (FPO) is to signal a future invitation (Registration of Interest - ROI) for local Small-Medium Enterprises (SME's) to support Hutt Valley District Health Board (HVDHB) and Capital and Coast District Health Board (CCDHB) Facilities Management teams to action, address and resolve facilities maintenance issues identified for the next 3-4 years. It is both DHB’s expectation that successful businesses shortlisted after the forthcoming ROI, will create a Panel of providers that can satisfy a series of requirements and trade specifications.
Both DHBs value suppliers with specialist knowledge in trades, with a strong focus delivering quality service to repair and conduct maintenance in environments where clinical assessments and engagements occur, and show a willingness to improve and learn their engagements with both DHBs.
The ROI will be requesting (but may not be limited to, or include) the following trades;
 Building / Carpentry / Hammer hands
 Electrical
 Fitters
 Painters
 Roofers
 Refrigeration
 Plumbers
 Scaffolding
 HVAC
