We are seeking one or more mixed methods evaluation(s) of the Capital & Coast District Health Board Health Care Home programme and outcomes from Māori and Pacific world views. The evaluation methods will include case studies, interviews, quantitative and qualitative analysis. A response can be submitted for the evaluation from a Māori perspective, from a Pacific world view, OR to encompass both.

Please note we have released two tenders (HCH-001 and HCH-002) for a total of three evaluations (overall evaluation and evaluations from Māori and Pacific world views) and we encourage collaboration amongst the successful applicants.
