The objective of this procurement is to engage a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to carry out the construction of the Belfast Cemetery extension (Area D).

The contractor will be required to deliver the works in accordance with Council standards, technical specifications, and operational requirements, while ensuring minimal disruption to the functioning cemetery environment and maintaining public safety at all times.

The scope of works includes, but is not limited to, the following:
• Construction of new cemetery concrete beams
• Cutting and removal of existing soil
• Reinstatement of areas using approved imported fill
• Landscaping and earthworks, including final shaping and finishing of the site
