Overview
Christchurch City Council is in the process of upgrading its privately owned 11kV power infrastructure at the Bromley Wastewater Treatment Plant, in addition to improving the security of supply provided by Orion to the plant.
The purpose of this RFQ is to begin the design works for the Orion asset renewal and relocation currently supplying MLC-E (Sewage Plant North).
