Overview
The Works for this RFT shall include, but are not limited to the upgrade of Brighton Mall to create a welcoming, tidy and considered pedestrian environment by renewing the assets along the pedestrian area of the Mall, installing new paving and street furniture (seats, bins, drinking fountain, signage), planting, completing stormwater upgrades, and installing a new wastewater pipe.
