The project consists of the renewal of the learn-to-ride paths at Westburn Reserve. Some of the existing paths have to be removed as they do not comply with the District Plan requirements and are too close to residential boundaries. The remaining path require shaping and resurfacing in line with the provided landscaping plan. A separate skills track section is currently being built by others and the works subject to this tender will need to ensure the skills track is accurately linked with the wider learn-to-ride tracks.
