The purpose of this RFP is to invite Prospective Suppliers to submit their Proposals to design, fabricate and supply to site two floating pontoons for installation at Akaroa Wharf. The scope of the contract will also include on-site supervision while the pontoons are assembled and installed . The on-site construction and installation of the pontoons and gangways will be completed by the main wharf contractor, HEB Construction. The scope also includes the design and supply of fixed and hinged gangways, handrails to the mid-way landing platform, and the supply of pontoon deck equipment.
