The contract work comprises stormwater upgrade works at two locations in Sumner:

•Cave Rock outfall (Richmond Hill Drain outfall):
Modification of the existing stormwater outfall, construction of a new reinforced concrete outfall extension and access chamber, installation of a new tide check valve supplied by Council and associated temporary works and reinstatement within a coastal environment.
•Nayland Street Manhole 16498:
Upgrading of an existing stormwater manhole, including replacement of the manhole lid with new trafficable access covers, structural upgrades to the manhole, installation of new stormwater sump and connections, reinstatement, and traffic management.
