Overview
To deliver the Smart Water Meter Programme efficiently, this RFQ is issued to establish NZS 3917:2013 contracts. The term of the contract will be three years, with Ordered Works allocated periodically. Ordered Works will be issued once an existing package is nearing completion and will be priced using the rates agreed in this RFQ.
