Overview
The project is to upgrade the existing T-intersection at Wigram and Hayton Roads to a four-way signalised intersection, incorporating a new access road to connect Ngā Puna Wai.
The project also includes the construction of a shared path to close the existing gap between the Hayton Stream Drainage Reserve and the Wigram/Hayton intersection.
