Overview
The Contract Works can generally be summarised as the following:
• The upgrade and naturalisation of Styx Mill Drain and Collies Drain.
The proposed works are part of the wider stormwater treatment scheme developed by Council to mitigate the impacts from 150 hectares of new development area (Highsted) and to provide retrofit treatment to 150 hectares of existing residential area (Highams).
