Overview
The Services can generally be summarised as:
• The detailed design and cost estimate for the proposed modifications to the existing refuse transfer buildings on three transfer sites; Parkhouse Road, Metro Place and Styx Mill. The scope includes the preparation of tender documents comprising; specifications, drawings, SOP, Risk Register, SID, and building consent for the construction.
