Overview
Cuthberts Green is a Council-owned sports and recreation facility, leased to the Canterbury Softball Association: www.csa.org.nz. The building is somewhat tired and requires maintenance to ensure a level of service. This is a simple project designed to improve the condition of existing key facilities such as toilets, showers, changing rooms, kitchen and bar.
