The Contract Works can generally be summarised as the following:

The design and renewal of the wastewater gravity main and associated infrastructure assets in the following location:

1. Burwood Road – approximately 139.7 metres
2. Mairehau Road – approximately 92.2 metres
3. Greenhaven Drive – approximately 162.2 metres
4. Abandon the flush tank and associated manhole access

The works will be carried out as two Separable Portions (SP), which are;

Separable Portion 1: Design
Separable Portion 2: Build
