The purpose of this RFT is to invite Tenderers to submit their Tenders for the following works:
• new traffic signals and layout at the Harewood/Gardiners/Breens intersection,
• a signalised pedestrian crossing at Harewood School
• minor safety improvements around the school including widening of an existing footpath, widening of a traffic island and installing a new crossing point
• new stormwater infrastructure at the Harewood/Gardiners/Breens intersection
• approximately 800 metres of new watermain and submain at the intersection, Harewood School and Waimakariri Road, including footpath and road reinstatement
