The Contract Works can generally be summarised as the following:

• Installation of a new inline isolation valve outside 407 Pine Avenue to allow for isolation of the existing local pressure sewer network
• Installation of a new 845 m long DN160 mm OD PE100 SDR11 rising main in the carriageways of Halsey Street and Estuary Road
• All other work indicated, described or implied on the Drawings, Schedule of Prices or in this Specification, or any other document to tender the Contract complete.
