The purpose of this RFP is to invite City Care Limited (the Respondent) to submit their Proposal to deliver the General Stormwater and Waterways Maintenance Contract.

The scope of the Contract includes the maintenance activities for rivers, tributaries, stormwater basins and other open spaces across Christchurch and Banks Peninsula. The scope is fully described in the attached General Specifications and Technical Specifications (refer to Section B below).

The objective of this RFP process is to obtain a comprehensive and detailed response from the Respondent regarding their proposed methodologies, resourcing, and pricing for the Contract Works. This information will enable the Council to make an informed value-for-money decision regarding the potential appointment to deliver the Contract Works.
