This tender is for Consultancy Services for the development of Coastal Hazards Assessment Plan. Plan Change 12 (PC12) is considering changes to the District Plan to appropriately manage land use and subdivision activities (i.e. what can happen and where) in areas at risk from coastal hazards. The District Plan currently enables a broad range of activities such as new homes, community, care and education facilities to be built in areas of the city that are at increasing risk of coastal inundation and erosion, tsunamis, and rising groundwater levels.
