The purpose of this RFT is to invite Tenderers to submit their Tenders for the reconstruction of the Antigua Street separated cycle network between Tuam Street and Moorhouse Avenue, including the renewal of the watermains in the section. The works will be carried out as three Separable Portions (SP), which are;

Separable Portion 1: Watermain Renewals
Separable Portion 2: Roading and Signals
Separable Portion 3: Landscape Planting

The objective of this RFT process is to obtain sufficiently detailed information from Tenderers about their respective organisations and their ability to provide the Contract Works. This enables the Council to select and appoint a Contractor to provide the Contract Works.
