Renewal and decommissioning of water supply assets in streets surrounding the Brougham St corridor and the Moorhouse Ave Corridor. The two packages will be split into Separable Portions as follows;

• Selwyn Street
• James K Baxter Place

SP2: Moorhouse Ave Construction Package:

• Moorhouse Avenue
• Struthers Lane
• Troup Drive
• Oxford Terrace
