Overview
The South Express Major Cycle Route (MCR) is a 15km shared path for pedestrians and cyclists from the central city to Templeton where the route connects with a cycle route constructed by Selwyn District Council to Rolleston. The works will be carried out as three Separable Portions (SP), which are;
Separable Portion 1: Cycleway works outside the watermain renewals area
Separable Portion 2: Cycleway works within the watermain renewals area
Separable Portion 3: Soft Landscape Planting
