Overview

To engage a suitably capable contractor from the Three Waters Hybrid Delivery Model Physical Works Panel ( Sewer & Stormwater Reticulation Panel Area), to complete the following scope of works:

• Construction of stormwater outfall pipeline from the top of the lower carpark to the outfall structure (Approx. 108 m of DN900 and arch brick culvert)
• Repair of the existing stormwater outfall pipeline between the upper carpark and the existing inlet structure (Approx. 74 m of DN900 and arch brick culvert).
• Construction of a new outlet structure with a safety grill.
• Improve existing drainage in the carparks via re-grading the carpark surface and new stormwater infrastructure including raingardens to treat stormwater runoff.
• Improve existing drainage along the eastern portion of Park Terrace by installing a sump in a localised low point (i.e., sag) and directing captured runoff towards the stormwater outfall pipeline.
• Allow for the resurfacing of the existing carpark and access road.
