Overview
Council’s requirement is for a Provider to work with the Council’s Marketing and Identity Team to plan, purchase and manage media activity.
This involves media strategy and recommendations, negotiation of rates and placement with the exceptions of classified newspaper advertising and recruitment advertising.
This is made up of a number of campaigns which can include public awareness and education, consultation and engagement, service announcements, product offers, event marketing, and important public notices.
