Overview
The Council is seeking parties who are interested in purchasing and developing 11 residential sites in Linwood. The sites contain 22 units formally part of the Sandilands Social Housing Complex. The dwellings are damaged and considered uneconomical to repair. Purchasers must demolish the homes and redevelop the sites to agreed outcomes.
