Surplus soil currently held in a stockpile at Te Kaha on offer to interested parties:


1. Approximately 10,100m3 available. Preference is that one party collects all material, but interest in smaller volumes would be considered.
2. Party would need to ensure that any and all relevant consents for receiving material as described in the "G-04461.32-CAN49-RevA Surplus Soil Disposal.pdf" report attached are held/arranged by them.
3. Soil would need to be removed by 5 October 2023. In the event of competing offers, those offering earliest collection and largest volumes would be favoured.
4. Preference is that cartage is arranged by recipient. Loading will be provided on site. BESIX Watpac (Main Contractor) site Health & Safety requirements would need to be adhered to fully will on entering and exiting site.
