Christchurch City Council is looking to engage with a partner for the sourcing, installation and extended warranty support of new panel screens for the Christchurch Art Gallery. Future partner must ensure the sustainable way to dispose the current screens as per council's approval.
The project includes -
To replace current lot of wall mounted display screens placed at the reception wall of the Christchurch Art Gallery by 20 September 2023. Council is looking to.
A) Purchase of new wall mounted display screens replacing current lot of 36* 55’’ screens with the new ones
B) Delivered and Installed with all hardware requirements.
C) Removal and sustainable disposal or resale of the current panel screens. - All assets must be disposed of in accordance with the Council Asset Disposal Policy.
D) After sales extended warranty support service and maintenance.
E) Delivery and installation work must be proposed with minimal obstructions to the Art Gallery daily operations.
