Christchurch City Council (the Council) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from suitably qualified contractors (Respondents) who are interested in delivering the design and build of the Lancaster Park Pavilion to the Council.

The purpose of this EOI is to prequalify and shortlist suitable Respondents to provide Contract Works that align with our strategic aspirations:

 Value for money for Christchurch ratepayers and the wider community;
 Environmental sustainability;
 Social responsibility;
 Economic benefit;
 Efficiency and effectiveness in the delivery of the Contract Works; and
