Christchurch City Council (Council) is now seeking the submission of detailed proposals for the development of space located at 129 Gloucester St (property).

The objective of this RFP process is to obtain sufficiently detailed information from prospective parties about their organisations and their envisaged use of the space. Such information will enable the Council to select and enter into a development agreement with the preferred Respondent at the end of the RFP process. Occupation of the land is envisaged through a formal long-term lease. However other land holding formats will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
