The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to seek responses from potential suppliers of stitched hybrid systems, to help inform the procurement process that Christchurch City Council (the Council) may be undertaking for a proposed stitched hybrid turf reinforcement programme.

It is the Council’s intention through this RFI that feedback from this will be used to develop and help inform the procurement process, business model and scope of services.
