The Christchurch City Council ("the Council") intends to form a Panel of Independent Hearing Commissioners for the provision of commissioner services to the Council’s Planning and Consents Group. Once appointed to the Panel, the commissioners will be engaged within their areas of expertise through an Assignment document.

The purpose of this EOI is to select and appoint suitably qualified and experienced Commissioners to the Panel.
