Overview
The purpose of this RFP is to invite Prospective Suppliers to submit their Proposals for the supply of plants.
To grow seedlings to a plantable level in to either ½ or 2.5 litre pots, and to provide an opportunity for Council to purchase bulbs, bedding or annual plants for gardens.
