Christchurch City Council (the Council) is seeking responses to this Request for Information (RFI) about the potential construction of the Biogas Upgrade facility at Christchurch Water Treatment Plant (CWTP) to the Council.

It is the Council’s intention through this RFI that:
• It gains a clear understanding of the market’s capability and capacity to deliver the Goods and/or Services
• It understands whether further efficiency, effectiveness and value can be delivered by Prospective Suppliers
• Prospective Suppliers provide information to help it develop the next stage of the procurement process
