Christchurch City Council (the Council) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI’s) from suitably qualified contractors who are interested in delivering the following Contract Works to the Council:

- Design and supply of the penstock (gate and actuator) for Eastman Wetland Control Structure. The Contractor would be responsible for the detailed design, fabrication, storage, transportation and delivery to site of the penstock.
