The purpose of this RFP is to invite Prospective Suppliers to submit their Proposals for a Booking and Management solution. This solution will provide a digital services platform to support the provision of online Services and Products to customers, both residents and non-residents, of the Christchurch City Council (Council).

The objective of this RFP process is to obtain sufficiently detailed information from Prospective Suppliers about their respective organisations and their ability to provide the solution and associated services. This enables the Council to select and appoint a Supplier to provide the solution and associated Services.
