Overview
The purpose of this RFP is to invite Prospective Suppliers to submit their Proposals for the Design and supply of the penstock (gate and actuator) for Eastman Wetland Control Structure. The Contractor is responsible for the detailed design, fabrication, storage, transportation and delivery to site of the penstock.
