CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) STATEMENT IN RESPECT OF EXISTING WORKS AND SERVICES CONTRACTS

The Christchurch City Council acknowledges that it is necessary to comply with the direction issued by Central Government, to move to a Level 4 alert “lock down”, in order to ensure people stay at home.

Some contracts relating to essential services (as defined by Central Government - https://covid19.govt.nz/government-actions/covid-19-alert-level/#essential-businesses) may continue.

A Council Representative will contact suppliers of essential services to discuss plans for the safe continuation of these works and services.

Further information will be provided to non-essential works and services suppliers, as soon as practicably possible.


CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) STATEMENT IN RESPECT OF EXISTING TENDERS

All tender activity will continue as long as the activity can carry on in line with Central Government instruction.

If tenderers are unable to continue working on tender submissions please let the tender lead know.
