The purpose of Notice of Information is to inform people that we will be releasing an RFT next week

The purpose of the RFT is to invite Tenderers to submit their Tenders for the PAP Enabling Works –Site Decontamination and Civils on the site of the future Performing Arts Precinct (PAP) – The Court Theatre building.

We are looking for a supplier who can carry out the works in a safe and efficient manner with the utmost consideration for the wider precinct neighbours and wider public. Work entails (not exclusive)
• Expanding on the Draft Site Management Plan and adhering to the Resource Consent conditions imposed;
• Development and implementation of a Traffic Management Plan for the duration of the contract works;
• Identification of site services and confirm termination prior to site works;
• Design and installation of site fencing to undertake contract works;
• The removal of ancillary items as noted in the Pricing Schedule;
• Installation of temporary shoring to undertake the works;
• The excavation, safe and compliant handling and disposal of contaminated and natural soils from the foundation footprint of The Court Theatre building;
