Overview
Christchurch City Council is seeking proposals for the repair and future use of the Former Lyttelton Borough Council Stables, 4 Donald Street, Lyttelton.
It is intended that Council will eventually grant a lease on terms to be agreed with the successful respondent. The Council must however first collate any interest for the property and then a further process will follow to request detailed proposals on a specific use and set of terms, from the applications received through this EOI process.
