Overview
The purpose of this Notice of Intent is to communicate to the market the Councils forthcoming release of EOI documentation to deliver the Performing Arts Precinct (The Court Theatre and Public Realm) project. The EOI process involves a quality attribute evaluation methodology. EOI submissions are expected to demonstrate the Respondent's proven abilities in relation to the key aspects of the Contract Works. It is anticipated that shortlisted Respondents will then be asked to provide commercial offers under a subsequent RFT process.
