Removal of landfill waste from Le Bons Bay Landfill to Kate Valley. Once all waste has been cleared from the site, soil sampling will be undertaken of the underlying base material for contamination testing. Survey as built of base grade surface. Once the site is confirmed clear of visible waste, contractor to regrade any abrupt changes in the surface profile before spreading topsoil and hydroseeding or vegetation planting completed to CCC requirements.
