Background
The scope of works includes the demolition of several buildings and structures at the Sockburn Service Centre site located at 149 Main South Road, Christchurch.
Attached at the end of this Demolition Scope of Works document is an aerial map (Appendix 1) identifying the individual buildings at the Sockburn Service Centre site that are to be demolished. Building number referencing in this document is as per this map.
This document is split into two sections being General Scope of Works and Detailed Scope of Works. The General Scope of Works is applicable to all buildings and structures to be demolished whereas the Detailed Scope of Works is applicable to individual buildings or structures.

The following documentation is part of the RFP package and have been developed by the Council and its external parties to support the Respondents in preparing a quality response to the RFP. The Council is confident that these documents will provide the necessary support for a tailored and value added proposed.
