Overview

Christchurch City Council (the Council) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI’s) from suitably qualified architectural designers (Prospective Suppliers) who are interested in leading the architectural design team to deliver the new Court Theatre building in central Christchurch.

The purpose of this EOI is to prequalify and shortlist suitable Prospective Suppliers to provide the Services that align with our strategic aspirations:

 Value for money for Christchurch ratepayers and the wider community
 Environmental sustainability
 Social responsibility
 Economic benefit
 Efficiency and effectiveness in the delivery of the Services

The EOI process involves a basic quality attribute evaluation methodology. The intention is for this to be a quick process, avoiding onerous requests from submitters. EOI submissions should clearly demonstrate the Prospective Suppliers proven abilities in relation to the key aspects of the Services Requested. It is anticipated that shortlisted Prospective Suppliers will then be asked to provide commercial proposals under an RFP/RFT process.
