Christchurch City Council (the Council) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI’s) from suitably qualified suppliers (Prospective Suppliers) who provide goods and services that contribute to a ‘Smart Water Network’. Specifically, we are interested in Suppliers who can supply goods and services across any of the three following Category Areas:
A. Real-time continuous monitoring of pressure transients and leak detection throughout the Christchurch City water supply reticulation network;
B. Conversion or upgrade of mechanical water meters to have the ability to be operated as a smart water meter in the water supply network; and
C. Water Supply - Internet of Things (IoT) devices / services that enable Council to determine water quality through real time monitoring and measuring – a demonstrably safe water network.
