The purpose of this RFT is to invite Tenderers to submit their Tenders for the provision of Pioneer Sports Facility Re-Roofing Services which includes mechanical and electrical services.

The objective of this RFT process is to obtain sufficiently detailed information from Tenderers about their respective organisations and their ability to provide the Contract Works. This enables the Council to select and appoint a Contractor to provide the Contract Works.

In awarding the contract to a Contractor, the Council intends to achieve:

 Best value for Christchurch ratepayers and the wider community;
 Alignment with its strategic objectives;
 Efficiency and effectiveness in the delivery of the Contract Works;
 Environmental, Social and Economic sustainable initiatives;

The Council invites Tenderers to provide suggestions on how they might work with the Council to minimise costs and/or increase efficiency to deliver the works as per Section B of this RFT.
