You have been invited to attend the City Services Briefing to Contractors/Consultants covering the next 6/12 months.
The Briefing is on Wednesday the 6th of March from 3.30-5pm in the Function Room, Level One, Christchurch City Council Civic Offices, 53 Hereford Street.

The briefing will include the Councils Capital Works Programme - 6 Monthly Summary Session and will cover the following topics:

• Forward Works Programme for capital works construction (Roading - 3 Waters - Vertical Builds) - next 6/12 Months.
• Key projects to market.
• HSE Updates.
• Procurement requirements and new Policy.
• Updates on the primary Maintenance Contracts.

Please be aware a full Agenda will be released closer to the time. Seats are limited so if you are wanting to attend please “accept this invitation” as soon as possible.
