Christchurch City Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI’s) from suitably qualified contractors who are interested in delivering the Linwood Pool project, a new pool facility comprising of aquatic and dry community recreational spaces as well as outdoor recreational spaces and parking amenities. The successful Contractor will provide design & build services for the construction of a new Linwood Pool facility located at 141 Smith Street Christchurch. They will be responsible for providing preliminary, developed and detailed design services and construction services for the new Linwood Pool Project.
The new Linwood Pool is to be made up of approx. 1,790m2 of “wet” areas and 800m2 of “dry” areas. The facility will include a number of pools (including a 25m multipurpose pool, a learn-to swim pool, a spa and a toddler’s pool incorporating a wet deck) including changing rooms. The complex will also include dry community recreation spaces with outdoor sports courts and parking amenities.
