The purpose of the Transport Professional Consultancy Services Panel is to provide resources for the cost effective and efficient delivery of the Council's transport projects while considering environmental sustainability, social impact, economic benefits and the promotion of resilience in projects. Transport Professional Consultancy Services shall include, but not be limited to, policy and strategic planning, business case preparation and scheme appraisal, engineering and design, project delivery - contract management, project management and transport safety audits.
