All works MUST be completed by the end of November 2019 and should be reflected in your proposed programme of works how this will be effectively achieved.

We have allocated the complexes into three tranches of work based on their geographic location around Christchurch as follows:

• Walsall Courts, Addington – 26 x 1 bedroom units
• Allison Courts, Addington – 9 x 1 bedroom units

TRANCHE 2

• Reg Adams Courts, Papanui – 14 x 1 bedroom units
• Bryndwr Courts, Bryndwr – 32 x 1 bedroom units
• Cleland Street, Belfast – 7 x 1 bedroom units

TRANCHE 3

• MacKenzie Courts, Waltham – 15 x 1 bedroom units AND 9 x 2 bedroom units
• Waltham Courts, Waltham – 26 x 1 bedroom units

You are invited to bid for either one, two or all three Tranches noting that each Tranche MUST be tendered for in its entirety i.e. Tranche 1 must include both Walsall Courts and Allison Courts, the tranches cannot be split down any further.
